I can relate to so much of this! I was a big Julia Cameron devotee, but as much as I benefitted from 90% of her advice & methods, morning pages just never did much. I still journal, but in spurts when I know I need to unload or process. And I’m in love with the bullet journal system I’ve customized for myself. But I won’t go back to morning pages or gratitude journals. They aren’t what I personally need.
